Hykon (India) Pvt Ltd has been operating out of this building in Kumarswamy Layout JP Nagar 1549 for a good while. If you walk past, you’ll see our sign near the 1549 plot. The office isn't anything too special, just a place where we handle the daily grind of managing power systems and backup stuff. It can get pretty hectic when the weather gets bad and everyone starts worrying about their electricity. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at technical sheets. The space inside is mostly filled with desks and a few display units that show what we deal with. Some of the guys are usually out on site, so the office feels quiet during the middle of the day, then gets loud again when everyone returns in the evening. We deal with things like inverters and solar setups, which means there is always something technical to figure out. It’s not always easy keeping up with all the changes in how these things work, but we manage. We’ve grown used to the rhythm of this part of Bangalore. The traffic outside can be a bit much during peak hours, but it’s a good spot for us to be located. We just come in, do what needs to be done, and try to make sure everything is running like it should. There’s no big secret to it, just regular work and a lot of patience. It works for us.
