You can find our office on the first floor of building number 25 in Marappa Layout. We are right in Rajarajeshwarinagar, specifically on the 2nd Main and 2nd Cross. RR Nagar is a bit greener and quieter than the rest of Bangalore, which is nice for us. We manage various suites and accommodation options from this small office. It’s not a huge headquarters; just a few rooms where we keep track of bookings, talk to guests on the phone, and coordinate with the cleaning crews. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit narrow, and the office itself is pretty simple. We’ve got some computers, a couple of filing cabinets, and a lot of keys. Our day usually involves checking who is arriving and who is leaving. We spend a lot of time on our mobiles, making sure the guests have what they need at the different properties we look after. It’s a lot of coordination. Sometimes we have to run out to fix a problem at one of the suites ourselves if the maintenance guy is busy elsewhere. The neighborhood is mostly families and small shops, so it’s a peaceful spot to work. We’ve got a small balcony where we sometimes stand to get a bit of air and look at the trees. It’s just a normal workplace where we try to keep things organized so people have a good place to stay while they are visiting. We try to keep the coffee pot full too.
