Hotel Vishnu Sagar

We’ve been here on Ibrahim Saheb Street in Tasker Town for a while now. If you walk down this part of the street, you’ll see our sign. Hotel Vishnu Sagar isn’t a fancy place, it’s just where we work every day. Most of the people who come in are regulars from around the neighborhood. It gets pretty busy during the lunch hours when everyone is out and about. We keep the tables wiped down and try to get the food out fast. Ibrahim Saheb Street is always noisy with traffic and people walking by, but inside it’s a bit different. We just focus on what we’re doing in the kitchen. Sometimes the rain makes the street a bit messy, but people still duck in to get away from it. We don't have a big team, just a few of us making sure things run okay. It's a simple setup. We’ve seen Tasker Town change over the years, new shops opening up and others closing, but we’re still right here. There’s nothing too complicated about how we run Hotel Vishnu Sagar. We open up early, get the stove going, and stay until the evening rush dies down. If you’re ever walking near the main market area and end up on our street, you’ll find us easily enough. It’s just a local spot for a quick meal without any fuss. We like being part of this busy corner of the city and seeing the same faces come through the door every week.
