Hotel Vijay Park Chennai

Even though our name is Hotel Vijay Park Chennai, you will actually find us over in Bangalore at Maruthi Nagar in Madiwala. We are situated at 22, 1st Main Road, in the Noel Ark building, specifically on the 6th Cross. It is a bit of a confusing name, we know, but that is just how it ended up. Madiwala is a very crowded and busy part of Bangalore, so there is always something happening outside our windows. The office here isn't very large, but we have enough space for the desks and some chairs for when people stop by. We spend a lot of time on the phones and managing the different things that come up with the hotel side of things. It’s a lot of coordination between different cities. The traffic in Madiwala can be a real headache, so we try to get in early before the roads get blocked up. The building, Noel Ark, is easy to spot once you get onto the 6th Cross. We aren't some big corporate headquarters with a glass front; it’s just a working office where we keep the records and handle the logistics. Sometimes the printers act up or we run out of tea, but we just get on with it. It’s a pretty normal way to spend a workday. We’ve been here in Karnataka for a while now and have gotten used to the fast pace of the neighborhood and the noise.
