Our staff is always busy with something, whether it’s cleaning, fixing something that broke, or just helping people get their bags in. It’s a huge job keeping a place like this running every single day of the year. We don't really have a lot of downtime here. In the mornings, it’s a bit of a rush with people leaving for their meetings or the airport, and in the evenings, it’s busy again.
