Hotel Shelton Grand

We've been here in Bangalore for a while now. Our place, Hotel Shelton Grand, is located right at 11th Cross in Vinayaka Nagar. It's not a fancy skyscraper, just a regular building where we try to keep things running smoothly. Most people find us because we're near the H.A.L Post office area. If you're walking down 6th Main, you'll see us there. We spend most of our mornings checking people in and making sure the rooms are tidy. It’s a lot of work keeping up with the laundry and the lobby, but that’s just how it goes in this business. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit noisy, but that is just Bangalore for you. We have a few staff members who have been with us for years. They know the neighborhood well. People stop by for different reasons, some for work and some just passing through. We don't have a giant team, just a few of us making sure the lights are on and the water is hot. It’s a basic setup, nothing too complicated. We try to keep the place clean, though sometimes things break and we have to fix them on the fly. Being at 395/2 means we're tucked away a bit from the main chaos. It’s just a normal hotel where we do our jobs every day. We see a lot of faces come and go. It keeps us busy. We don't really do much advertising because word of mouth seems to work okay for us.
