Hotel Pooja Veg

We are situated in Frazer Town at Kudale Patil, Sinhagad Road Township, Manic Baug 38/6. The restaurant is mostly busy during the breakfast and lunch hours when people from the township come in. We serve vegetarian food and the kitchen starts getting busy quite early in the morning. You can usually smell the sambar and the fresh vegetables being chopped from the sidewalk. The tables are covered with simple laminate and we have steel glasses for water. It is not a place with soft music or fancy lighting; we just have regular tube lights that keep everything bright. Sometimes when it gets crowded, people have to share tables, which is pretty common around here. The waiters move fast and try to get the plates out as soon as the cook rings the bell. We have a washbasin in the corner that gets a lot of use. The menu is written on a board near the entrance so everyone knows what is available for the day. We don't change things up too much because people like knowing what to expect when they walk in. It is a bit noisy when the fans are on high speed during the summer, but it keeps the air moving. We just focus on getting the food out and making sure there are enough clean plates for the next rush. The floor is concrete and we mop it at least three times a day to keep things tidy.
