Hotel Jyothiprakash

Our place, Hotel Jyothiprakash, is located on J M Road in Neelasandra, right at number 38. We’ve been here for a good number of years now. It’s a simple building and we don't try to make it look like something it’s not. Most of our guests are people traveling for work or families looking for a place to stay that doesn't cost too much. We also have the dining area where we serve meals throughout the day. The street outside can get quite loud with all the bikes and cars passing by, especially in the evenings. We do our best to keep the rooms tidy and the kitchen running on time. It’s a family-run kind of setup, so you’ll usually see one of us at the front desk or checking on the kitchen staff. We don't have a big fancy lobby with carpets. It’s just tile floors and some sturdy furniture that has seen a lot of use. Sometimes the plumbing acts up or a light bulb needs changing, and we just handle it as it comes. We know the regulars by name and they know us. It’s a busy life here, but we’re used to the routine of checking people in and out. We try to keep things straightforward and honest for anyone who walks through our doors. There is a small parking area out front, though it fills up fast. We spend our evenings making sure the register is balanced and the next day’s food is planned out for the morning.
