Hotel Food Palace

We've been here at Malleshwaram 465 for a while now. It's just a regular place where people come to eat when they're hungry. We open early in the morning to get things ready for the breakfast crowd. The kitchen gets pretty busy, especially on weekends when families show up together. It’s not fancy or anything like that. We have tables and chairs that have seen better days, but they work fine. Most people who come in live right around the corner or work in the shops nearby. We see the same faces almost every day. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy when the lunch rush starts, but that's just how it is. We try to keep the floors clean, though it’s hard when it’s raining outside and everyone brings in mud. The cooks have been with us for years and they know how to handle the big pots. We don't really do much advertising because people just know where we are. If you walk down the street, you’ll see the sign. It’s simple food for people who want a full stomach. We don't have a big menu with complicated names. It’s just what we know how to make. Sometimes we run out of certain items by the evening if it's been a busy day. We just close up when the food is gone and start over again the next day. It's a lot of work, but it keeps us busy and pays the bills for the families who work here.
