You can find us over at 686 on 15th Cross, right there on the Ring Road in JP Nagar 2nd Phase. It’s a high-traffic area, so there’s always something happening outside our doors. We’ve been operating out of this spot in Bangalore-560078 for some time now. The building is easy to see from the main road, which helps people find us. Inside, it’s mostly about managing the guest rooms and keeping the common areas clean. We don't have a huge staff with fancy uniforms, just a few of us who know the building inside out. Every morning starts with a quick check of the rooms to see who is leaving and who is coming in. We spend a good chunk of the day handling keys and answering questions about local transport. JP Nagar is a big area, so we often end up giving directions to guests. Sometimes the plumbing gives us trouble or a light goes out, and we just fix it as quickly as we can. It’s a very practical way of working. We don’t use a lot of technology, mostly just a basic computer system and a lot of notebooks. We prefer talking to people face-to-face when they check in. It’s a bit noisy because of the Ring Road, but that’s the trade-off for being in such a convenient location. We just keep things moving and try to stay organized as best we can.
