Hotel Chowmein

Hotel Chowmein is over in Kumara Park East. Our address is Santkrupa Society 54. It’s a busy little area. We get a lot of people coming through from the nearby offices and houses. Santkrupa Society 54 isn't hard to find once you're in Kumara Park East. We've been serving food here for a while. The name is pretty straightforward because that’s what we do. We don't try to be fancy. The kitchen is small but we manage to get everything done. Kumara Park East is a good place for a business like ours. There’s always someone looking for a meal. We open up early and stay late. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't gotten around to it yet. We're too busy with the cooking. Number 54 is where we spend most of our lives. We know the mailman and the other people who work on this street. It’s a regular routine. Wake up, prep the food, serve the people, and clean up. Then we do it again the next day. We don't have any awards or anything like that. We just have people who come back because they know what to expect. If you're near Santkrupa Society, stop by. It’s just us here, working hard. We don't have a big marketing plan. We just rely on people seeing the sign and coming in. It works for us. We keep it moving.
