Hotel Annapoorna

We are over in Rajajinagar 3rd Stage, right on the 7th Cross. If you know the 1st Main Road in Gandhi Nagar, you can’t miss us. It is a busy corner with a lot of people walking by all the time. This hotel has been around for a while now. We start very early in the morning, getting the stoves going before the sun is even up. The kitchen is always noisy with the sound of plates and spoons. We don't have a lot of space, so people often have to share tables during the lunch hour. It’s just the way it works here. We serve the usual things you’d expect. No one is coming here for a fancy experience, they just want a plate of food that tastes like it should. We spend a lot of time washing dishes and making sure the floors are wiped down. The staff has been here a long time, some of us for years. We know which customers like their food extra hot. Sometimes we run out of things by the afternoon, and we just tell people to come back tomorrow. It is an honest way to make a living. We don't do any big advertising or anything. People find us because they live nearby or work in the shops around here. It’s just a plain old hotel in a busy part of Bangalore.
