Helpdesk Engineering India Private Limited is based out of Bilekahalli. Specifically, we’re in unit 005 of the Pariwar Prince building on the 60 Feet Road in Anugrah Layout. It’s a ground-floor spot, which makes it easy for us to get in and out. The office is pretty basic. We’ve got some desks, a couple of filing cabinets that have seen better days, and a lot of computers. We do engineering-related helpdesk work, so there are usually a few of us on phones or working on technical documents. It’s not the most glamorous job, but it keeps us busy. The 60 Feet Road can get quite loud with all the bikes and trucks passing by, but we’ve gotten used to the noise. We don’t really do the whole corporate branding thing. We just focus on answering questions and solving the engineering problems that come our way. It’s a small team, so everyone knows everyone else’s business. We have a small kettle for making coffee, and that’s about as fancy as it gets. We like being in Bilekahalli because it’s close to where most of us live. There isn't any grand plan for world domination here. We just want to do a good job today and come back and do it again tomorrow. It’s just how we work. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power flickers, but we just keep going anyway. We’re used to the hustle and bustle by now.
