We operate out of Vijaya Nagar, specifically on Nibam Road. It’s a bit of a strange setup because we have space on both the first and third floors, so we’re constantly running up and down the stairs to check on things. We deal with health supplies and stuff people need for medical care at home. It’s a lot of boxes and inventory to keep track of every single day. Usually, the first floor is where we keep the heavy things and the third floor is where the desks and files are. It gets busy during the middle of the day when deliveries arrive. We aren't a big chain or anything, just a local spot where people come when they need something specific for a patient. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, which makes moving boxes a real pain, but we manage somehow. We’ve been in this building for quite a while now. Most of our regular customers are from the neighborhood. We don't have a big marketing budget, so we just rely on people telling their friends about us. The office is usually a mess of invoices and bubble wrap, but we know where everything is. It’s a practical business. We just want to make sure people get what they’re looking for without a headache.
