Our office is tucked away in Vijayanagar at No.2260, on 4th A Cross. It’s right next to the Vijayanagar Club, which is a pretty well-known landmark for anyone living in this part of town. This place serves as our main base for the nursing and home care work we do. Most of our actual work happens in other people’s houses, but this is where the planning and the scheduling get sorted out. It’s a simple office on Club Road. We have nurses and caregivers coming in and out at all hours, getting their assignments or picking up supplies. The atmosphere is practical and a bit informal. We spend a lot of time on the phones, talking to families who need someone to look after an elderly relative or help someone recovering from a surgery at home. Vijayanagar is a great area with a lot of long-time residents, and we see a lot of familiar faces from the neighborhood. The office isn't anything fancy—just some desks, chairs, and stacks of files. We focus on the logistics of getting our staff to different parts of Bangalore. It’s a lot of coordination to make sure everyone is where they need to be on time. We’ve been doing this for a while, and the routine is pretty set. It’s just us, working out of this Vijayanagar spot, trying to handle the daily demands of home healthcare without much fuss or fanfare.
