Our office is tucked away in Kodihalli, near the HAL Post area. Specifically, we are at House Number 17 on the 3rd Cross of Masjid Lane. It’s a bit of a maze if you aren't familiar with the lanes around here. Being near the HAL area in Bangalore means there’s always a lot of activity, but Masjid Lane itself has its own rhythm. We’ve been at Hcl Capital Market Service for a while, and this house has been our base. It’s a small place, nothing like the big glass buildings you see on the main roads. We have our computers and our files set up in a couple of rooms. It’s a very simple environment. We don’t have a uniform or a formal dress code. We just come in and get to work on whatever is on the desk that day. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy when there’s a lot of traffic on the nearby roads, but we don’t mind it much anymore. We take our breaks when we can and usually grab something from the local shops nearby. It’s a very grounded way to work. We don’t have a big mission statement on the wall. We just focus on the tasks we have and try to do them right. It’s a small, local operation, and we like the fact that we’re right in the middle of a real neighborhood.
