Harichand Anand & Co is based out of 61/A in the Yeshwantpur Industrial Suburb, specifically the 2nd Stage. If you’ve spent any time in this part of town, you know it’s all about the industry and workshops. Our place is a bit older, with some character in the walls and a few cracks here and there. We’ve been around long enough to see the city grow up around us. It’s not a polished corporate office; it’s more of a place where things actually get done. We have our regulars who come in, and we know them by name. The commute to Yeshwantpur can be a bit of a grind with the traffic, but once we’re inside the gates, it’s just us and the work. We deal with various equipment and supplies. There’s usually some noise from the neighbors and the sounds of heavy lifting going on throughout the day. We don’t have a marketing department or anything like that. We just focus on being here when people need us and making sure the stuff we provide works like it’s supposed to. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other days it’s quiet enough to hear the ceiling fan humming. We like the pace of the industrial suburb. It’s a solid spot for a business like ours to be. We just try to get the orders right and keep things moving without too much fuss or trouble.
