Our office is over at Nandanam, which is No. 9 on the 8th Main in Manjunadh Layout. It is tucked into the Munneaolal area of Marathahalli. If you know Bangalore traffic, you know it can be a bit of a struggle to get around, but we are in a spot that is fairly easy to reach once you get off the main road. We have got a mix of things going on here. It is where we handle all the tiling requests for this part of the city. The space is filled with tile boards and catalogs. It is not a polished showroom by any means; it feels more like a working office where things actually get done. We talk to a lot of contractors and homeowners who are tired of the usual corporate runaround. We keep our conversations simple and honest. If a shipment is going to be late because of the rain or a truck breakdown, we just tell you. No excuses. We have been in Marathahalli long enough to see the area change a lot. The team here is local, so we know the layout of the neighborhoods well. We don't have any scripted lines to say. We just show the different textures and colors we have. It is a bit dusty sometimes with all the construction nearby, but that is just part of life in Bangalore these days.
