The building we’re in is located on Yashwantpur Triveni Road, right in the middle of everything. If you know the 560022 zip code area, you know how busy it gets around here during the morning rush. We’ve been at this spot for a while now, and the team here is used to the pace. It’s not some fancy corporate headquarters that feels cold; it’s more like a workplace where people actually know each other's names. Most of us take the local buses or ride our bikes through the traffic on Triveni Road to get in. Inside, there’s always something going on with the resorts and hotels we look after. We spend a lot of time on the phones or looking at schedules. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow when it rains, but we manage just fine. It’s a practical setup with desks, some old filing cabinets, and a small area where we have our tea. We don’t have any big posters about our values on the walls, just some calendars and notes pinned up. It’s just where we come to get the job done for Grt Hotels & Resorts. We’re part of the neighborhood, and you can usually find one of us getting a snack at the shop next door in the afternoon. It’s a straightforward place to work and we like being in this part of town. Our office isn't about looking perfect, it's about being here and doing the work.
