Green Valley Resorts

Our main office isn’t out in the woods, it’s actually at 57, Gayathri Devi Park Extension in Vyalikaval. We’re on the 16th Cross, which is a decent area in Bangalore-560003. It’s a bit of an older neighborhood with a lot of character. We use this space to handle all the bookings and the back-end stuff that keeps the resort running. It’s a two-story building that looks like a house from the outside. Inside, it’s filled with ledgers, phone lines, and some old photos of the valley. We get a lot of calls from people looking to get away for the weekend. The staff here has been together for a long time, so we don't need much instruction anymore. We just know what needs to be done. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we end up just chatting while the pages load. The park nearby is a nice place to walk during lunch when the Bangalore weather behaves. It’s not a high-tech operation. We still write things down in notebooks more often than we probably should. The 16th Cross can get busy during the evenings when people are heading home. We usually close up once the sun goes down and head out ourselves. It’s just a regular office where we try to stay organized. No marble floors or fancy suits here, just us doing our jobs in Vyalikaval.
