Granite Zone Ltd

Granite Zone Ltd is located at 4-12-76 on Siddhaiah Puranik Road in Basaveshwar Nagar. We have been here for a while now, serving this part of the city. Our place is where we store and cut the granite slabs that people need for their building projects. It’s a busy street, so there is always something going on outside our gate. Inside, it is mostly just us and the stone. We don't go in for fancy decorations or corporate talk. We are just workers who know how to handle granite. Every day involves moving these massive pieces of rock and making sure they get to where they need to go without breaking. It’s a bit of a puzzle sometimes, fitting everything into the yard. People from the neighborhood come by when they are renovating their kitchens or bathrooms. We show them what we have in the stacks. Sometimes we have exactly what they want, and other times they have to wait for the next delivery. We don’t try to push anyone into buying. We just tell them what the stone is and where it came from. It is a practical business. We keep the machines running and the yard open for anyone who needs to see the material. It’s not a glamorous job, but we take pride in doing it right every day. We usually have some tea around four o’clock, and that’s a good time to stop by for a chat.
