Golden Palms Hotel And Spa

Our place is located on 2nd Cross in Indira Nagar, right over by West of Chord Road. It’s not the huge resort you might see in pictures elsewhere; this is our spot in the city. We’ve got rooms for people staying over and a space where we do the spa treatments. It’s a bit of a mix between a hotel and a place to just relax for a few hours. The street outside can get a bit noisy, but once you step inside, it’s a lot quieter. We have a small staff who have been with us for years. They know how to handle the check-ins and make sure the towels are fresh. We don’t do a lot of loud shouting about what we offer. People find us because they want a place to stay that isn't a giant corporate chain. The building is an older one, so it has some character, and we try to keep it tidy. Sometimes the plumbing acts up, but we fix it pretty quick. We spend a lot of time making sure the lobby looks decent. It’s a simple operation, really. Most of our guests are regulars who come back every time they’re in Bangalore. We like it that way. It feels more like a community than just a business. We’re usually here from early morning until late at night making sure everything is okay. It's hard work running a hotel, but we wouldn't want to do anything else right now.
