Working out of Parambath House gives the business a very local, residential feel. It’s a house, not a commercial tower, which means it’s tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. Manjackal is a calm part of town, and we appreciate the lack of heavy traffic noise. The building has a bit of character to it, being an older style house. We use the rooms for our office tasks and meetings. There’s a bit of a porch where people sometimes stand to take a break or talk on the phone. Inside, we have the usual office stuff like computers and printers, but they sit on regular tables. It feels very personal working here. We know the people living on either side of us. Sometimes the sea breeze reaches us, which is a nice change from the usual humid weather. We don't have a big sign out front, just the address and the name. It’s a simple setup for a small team. We manage the work from here and it feels quite peaceful compared to our other locations in big cities. We just go about our business and enjoy the quiet pace of Mahe while we work on our projects.
