We’re over in RPC Layout in Vijayanagar, located at number 1788/C on the 9th Cross. If you know the Vijayanagar Swim Centre, we’re just a short walk from there. You can often hear the splashing and the whistles from the pool during the day, especially in the summers. It’s a residential-feeling area, so it’s not as chaotic as the main market nearby. We’ve set up our space here because it’s easy for most of the people who come to see us. The office itself is quite plain. We have the usual desks and chairs, and maybe a few files stacked up. It’s not the kind of place that’s designed to impress anyone; it’s just where we do our daily business. The trees along 5th Main provide some nice shade during the hot afternoons, which we appreciate. We usually open up around mid-morning and stay until the evening. Sometimes we stay late if there’s a lot to finish. There are a few small shops nearby where we get our coffee and snacks. We’ve been in this building for a bit now, and we’ve gotten to know the other people around here quite well. It’s a steady routine. We don't use any fancy systems or anything, just the basics that get the job done. It feels like a real part of the community here in Vijayanagar. People stop by, ask questions, and we just help them out as best as we can without making a big fuss.
