Gayathri Granite Stones Pvt Ltd

Our yard is over at 347/348 in the Peenya Industrial Area, 4th Phase. We are on 9th Cross, 4th Main, right near F cell Engineering. It’s a dusty place, as you’d expect for a granite business. Gayathri Granite Stones Pvt Ltd has been here through many changes in the industrial area. We have stacks of stone slabs everywhere, and the sound of the cutters is constant throughout the day. We wear boots because the ground is always wet or covered in stone dust. The office is just a small cabin at the front with a few metal chairs and a desk that’s always covered in invoices. It’s loud and busy, and there’s always a truck waiting to be loaded or unloaded. We don't have any fancy displays. If you want to see the stone, you just walk out into the yard and look at the slabs yourself. The sun gets really hot out there, so we usually wear hats. We aren't trying to be the biggest company around. We just do the work and make sure the orders get out on time. My hands are usually stained from the stone, and my clothes are always a bit gray by the end of the shift. It’s hard work, but we’re used to it. The water we use for cooling the saws gets everywhere, so we’re always walking through puddles. It’s just the nature of working with stone. We have a small shed where we keep the tools, and it’s always a bit of a mess in there.
