Gautam & Co is located on the 3rd floor of Brigade Plaza in Gandhi Nagar. We are situated right opposite the Ganapati Temple, which is a very busy and popular spot. Being in Brigade Plaza means there are always people in the elevators and hallways. Our office is a simple one, with a few windows that look out toward the temple. We have been working from this 3rd-floor space for a while. It’s mostly just us and our desks, dealing with things like GST, income tax, and regular bookkeeping. Gandhi Nagar is a very central place, so it’s easy for people to reach us, though the traffic can be a headache sometimes. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a lot of staff in uniforms. It’s a very practical, human environment. We spend our time going through spreadsheets and making sure all the vouchers are in order. Sometimes we get a bit behind on the filing, and the piles of paper get a bit tall, but we eventually sort through them. We like being in the middle of all the bustle. The sound of the temple across the street is a constant part of our day. We don't try to use marketing talk or sound like a big corporate office. We just provide a straightforward service to whoever walks through the door. It’s a busy, sometimes messy, but always honest way to run an accounting firm in the city.
