Gati K W E Pvt Ltd is located over on Mission Road at New Patel Nagar, number 27. It is a busy spot where trucks are always pulling in and out to drop off or pick up crates. Our office is right in the middle of all that action. It is mostly concrete and metal, and it gets quite loud during the peak hours. We deal with a lot of parcels and heavy shipments going all over the place. There is always a stack of manifest sheets on the counter that need signing. The air smells a bit like diesel and old cardboard. We have a small team here working the phones and the computers to keep track of where everything is. Sometimes the system goes down and we have to do everything by hand, which is a real headache. We don't have much in the way of decor, just some calendars on the walls and a clock that is a few minutes fast. It is a fast-paced environment and we don't have much time for small talk during the day. We grab lunch whenever there is a gap in the deliveries. It is a tough job keeping everything moving on time, but we have a routine that works for us. We’ve been at this location for a while now and know the roads around here well. It is just about getting things from here to there.
