G V Sunder & Co is located in the Unity Buildings on Jaya Chamarajendra Road. We are up on the 4th floor in the Tower Block. It’s a large building, and sometimes people get a bit lost trying to find the right elevator, but once you get to the 4th floor, we are right there. We’ve been in this spot for a long time. The office is full of files and old records, as we’ve been doing this for many years. It isn’t a modern, open-plan office. It feels more traditional, with separate desks and a lot of paper everywhere. We are a small team and we’ve worked together for ages. J C Road is always loud and crowded, so being on the 4th floor helps a bit with the noise. We spend our days mostly going through documents and making sure everything is in order. We don’t have any fancy marketing materials or a polished sales pitch. We just do the work that comes in. People usually hear about us from others in the building or through word of mouth. It’s a very practical environment. We don’t worry much about how things look, as long as the work is accurate and finished on time. The elevator in Unity Buildings can be a bit slow, so sometimes it is faster to just take the stairs if you are feeling up to it. We have some very old wooden cabinets that have been with us since the beginning. They are heavy and a bit scratched up, but they hold all our important files just fine. We are just a bunch of regular people doing our jobs in the heart of the city.
