Our office is tucked away on the sixth floor of Mittal Towers, right on MG Road. It is a very busy part of the city, so there is always a lot of noise and traffic sounds coming up from the street below. Being at 611 Mahathma Gandhi Road means we are right in the thick of things every day. We handle a lot of the behind-the-scenes work for the hotels and resorts from this specific office space. It is mostly desks, stacks of papers, and people on phones trying to get everything organized for the guests elsewhere. It isn't a flashy place for people to visit, just a spot where the actual administrative work happens. Sometimes the elevators in the building take a long time to arrive, which can be annoying when we’re in a rush to get to a meeting. We’ve been in this building for some time now and know the security guys and the other office workers on our floor. It feels like a little community up here in the tower. We don't really do much in the way of public-facing stuff at this address; it's more for the coordination side of things. We spend our days making sure the schedules are set and the bookings are handled correctly for the properties. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication. MG Road is always changing, but we’ve stayed put in Mittal Towers. It is a practical location for us even if the traffic outside is a nightmare during peak hours.
