Fud Fuzion

Fud Fuzion is located at Basavanagar 10th Main Road 228, 2nd Cross, Neeladri Nagar, Phase 1. We chose this spot because it’s a bit more residential and felt right for what we wanted to do. We are a small team and we basically just cook the kind of food we like to eat. The kitchen isn't very big, so things can get a bit chaotic when we have a lot of orders coming in at once. We do a lot of fusion dishes, mixing different styles together because we got bored of the usual stuff. Sometimes a new recipe doesn't work out the first time, so we have to mess around with it until it tastes right. It’s not a corporate kitchen with strict manuals; it’s more about trial and error. We get a lot of delivery riders waiting outside on their bikes, especially in the evenings. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, so we try not to make too much noise late at night. The lighting inside is a bit bright, we probably should change the bulbs to something softer, but we haven't had the time. It’s just an honest little food business. We’re not trying to be the biggest place in town. We just want to make sure the food that leaves the kitchen is something we’d be happy to eat ourselves. We might not have a big fancy sign yet, but people find us.
