Freeze Engineering Services

Our shop is located at 186 Kadugodi. Freeze Engineering Services is basically a small team handling cooling systems and regular repairs for people in the area. It can get pretty hectic in here, especially when the weather turns hot and everyone's machines start acting up at the same time. We spend a lot of our time out on calls, but this address is where we keep all our tools and the spare parts we need. The office part of the building is actually pretty small because we are usually out on the road working. Kadugodi has changed a lot since we first started, with way more traffic and new buildings coming up everywhere. We mostly handle industrial stuff and some regular cooling units that need fixing. It’s not a glamorous job by any means. You end up with grease on your hands and dust on your clothes most days of the week. We don't have a fancy reception area or a person answering phones with a prepared script. If you call us, you just talk to whoever happens to be free at that moment. Sometimes we are under a big machine or up on a tall ladder, so it might take a minute to get back to you. We try to keep things simple around here. There is no point in overcomplicating a repair when a direct fix will do. We look at what is broken and try to get it running. That's the whole story.
