We are based at 37/38 in Malleshwaram. Our place is right in the middle of a very busy area, which is good for an express delivery business because there is always something happening. The office is usually a bit chaotic with parcels being sorted and delivery drivers coming in to pick up their routes. We have a lot of clipboards hanging on the wall and a few benches where people can sit if they are waiting for a package to be processed. Malleshwaram is a lively neighborhood, though the traffic can be a real headache in the evenings. We have been at this address for quite a few years now. We know the shopkeepers nearby and often chat with them during our breaks. The office itself is nothing special to look at. We have some old desks and a computer that takes a while to start up in the morning. We do not spend money on fancy decorations because we are too busy moving boxes and making sure things get to the right people. It is a straightforward job, and we do not try to make it sound like anything more than it is. We just show up, handle the logistics, and make sure the network keeps running like it should. Sometimes the labels get stuck in the printer, but we just pull them out and keep going. It is a regular, hardworking shop and we are just fine with that daily routine.
