F.O.E In Bell Hotel & Convention Centre

You can find us over at 624 Ews on the 6th Main in K.S. Town. It’s a bit of a maze back here in the 6th Cross Road area, but once you find the place, it’s pretty straightforward. We are connected with the Bell Hotel and Convention Centre operations. The office is in a residential-style building, which makes it feel a bit more like home than a cold workspace. There is always something going on with the hotel events, so our phones are usually ringing quite a bit. We don't have any big marketing slogans or anything like that on the walls. It’s just calendars, some notes taped to the monitors, and maybe a few old folders from last year's events. The traffic in K.S. Town can be a real headache in the mornings, so most of us try to get in early to beat the rush. We have a small area where we keep our files and another where we sit and eat lunch together. It’s not a polished environment. Sometimes the water cooler leaks or we run out of pens, but we manage. We’re just a bunch of people trying to make sure the convention side of things runs as smoothly as it can from our little corner on 6th Main. It’s a lot of manual work and checking lists, but it’s what we know how to do for the business every single day of the week.
