Fidelity

We are located right on the ground floor of West House, which is house number 34 along High Tension Road. Manoramapalya is a busy little pocket of RT Nagar, and we have been here for a bit now. Under the name Fidelity, we mostly just focus on keeping things organized for the folks who come to see us. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a few desks and some chairs, but it serves its purpose. Working in a residential area like this means we see a lot of the same faces every day. It feels more like a community than a business hub. We deal with various tasks, mostly administrative stuff that people find too tedious to do on their own. It can get a bit noisy with the traffic on the main road, but you get used to it after a week or so. Usually, there is a bit of a breeze coming through the door if we keep it open. We don't spend money on fancy marketing or big signs. Most people find us because someone told them we were here. We just try to be helpful and get through the daily list of chores. It is a small team, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the door to typing up letters. It is just a steady way to make a living in Bangalore. We like to keep things simple and avoid all the corporate jargon you hear these days.
