Our location is in Byrasandra, on 17th A Cross, 15th Main, in the 5th Phase at number 56/27. It’s a bit of a maze back here with all the crosses and mains, but we’re used to it. This place is basically a hub for boxes and envelopes. From the time we open until we lock up, it’s all about sorting, scanning, and loading. We see everything from small gifts for grandmas to big heavy parts for factories. The vans are always coming and going, and the drivers are usually in a hurry to get through the traffic. It’s a lot of lifting and moving things around. Sometimes a package gets a bit banged up or a label is hard to read, and we have to spend time sorting that out. It’s not glamorous, and our uniforms usually get pretty sweaty in the heat. We’ve been here at 56/27 for a long time now. People in the neighborhood know where to find us when they need to send something far away. We don't spend much time talking about visions or goals; we just focus on getting the pile of boxes from the floor into the trucks. It’s a simple cycle that repeats every day. When the sun goes down, we’re usually still here finishing up the last of the paperwork before the final truck leaves for the night.
