Fateh Granites Ltd.

Our office for Fateh Granites Ltd. is on the third floor of the Fateh Complex on S. Kariyappa Road. Basvangudi is a busy part of town, so finding a place to park is usually the hardest part of the morning. We have pieces of granite samples sitting on almost every flat surface in the room. They aren't arranged in any special way; they are just there so we can show people what the stone looks like. The office itself is pretty plain with a few desks and a very old filing cabinet that squeaks when you open it. We don't have a big showroom with bright lights. Most of our time is spent talking to the quarries on the phone or looking over delivery schedules to make sure the trucks are on their way. The elevator in the building is quite small and slow, so we usually just take the stairs unless we are really tired. We have been in this building for a long time and know the other tenants well. It is a quiet kind of work for the most part. We don't do any flashy advertising or social media. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they have worked with us before. We just try to keep the paperwork straight and make sure the stone gets where it needs to go. It is a solid, everyday business and we just keep plugging away at it.
