Eventica India is based in Indira Nagar. We handle events of all kinds, though we prefer the smaller, local ones. Our office is a bit of a mess with decorations, sample menus, and notebooks full of plans. It’s just how we work. We don't have a big team, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. One day we might be talking to a florist, and the next we’re moving chairs at a venue. Indira Nagar is a busy place, and we’re right in the middle of it. We don't have a polished showroom. We usually just meet people and talk through what they need for their party or gathering. We aren't into those massive, over-the-top corporate events. We like things to feel a bit more personal. Sometimes things go wrong, like a cake arriving late or a microphone not working, and we just have to figure it out on the fly. That’s just the reality of events. We don't use fancy planners or expensive software. We mostly just rely on our experience and a lot of phone calls. We’ve been around Indira Nagar for a while, so we know most of the local suppliers. We just try to make things run as smoothly as possible without making a big deal out of it. It’s just us doing our best for the local community.
