Innovation Ads

The office for Innovation Ads is right on Bannerghatta Road. If you have ever traveled that way, you know the traffic can be a real challenge. We spend a good part of our morning just getting to the building. Once we are inside, though, the pace stays fast. Being on Bannerghatta Road means we are surrounded by big buildings and constant construction. The office itself is an open space where we have our computers set up. There are posters and sketches taped to the walls, mostly to keep track of what we are working on. We do not have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. You just walk in and find us at our desks. The sound of the heavy trucks and buses outside is like a constant background beat. We drink a lot of tea to keep our energy up, usually ordered from the shop just down the street. Innovation Ads is a place where we are always busy with something new. The desks are a mess of cables, notebooks, and coffee mugs. We do not worry too much about keeping things perfectly tidy as long as we know where our tools are. The windows are large but we keep them shut to keep the noise and exhaust out. When the sun starts to go down, the lights from the traffic outside start to crawl across the walls. It is a typical city office vibe. We work until the list for the day is done and then join the evening rush on the road.
