We’ve been down here in the basement at numbers 75 and 76 for a while now. If you know the Commercial Street area, you probably know where the police station is. We are right near that spot. It’s a busy part of town, always something happening outside on the street. People coming and going all day long. Being on Bellary Road means we see a lot of traffic, but once you step down into our space, it’s a bit different. We try to keep things organized, though some days it gets a bit cluttered when things arrive. Most people find us just by walking past and seeing the sign. It isn't a fancy place. We have concrete walls and floors that have seen better days. But it works for what we do. Our team is usually just a few of us here. We handle things as they come. Sometimes the light isn't great down here, but we are used to it. The basement stays a little cooler when the sun is really hitting the pavement outside. We don’t really do much in the way of big announcements or anything like that. We just show up, open the doors, and get to work. If you’re around Commercial Street, you’ve probably walked right past us without even thinking about it. That’s just how it is. We like being tucked away like this. It feels like our own little corner of the neighborhood. Nothing more to it really.
