You can find us in Bangalore at 392, 4th Cross, 2nd Main. This part of town is always busy, and we are right in the thick of it. We are into digitronics, which mostly means we deal with weighing scales and electronic bits. The office is located in a building that’s been here for years. It’s not one of those new glass towers you see in the IT parks. We prefer it this way because it feels more like a real neighborhood. There’s a tea shop just down the street where we all go around four o’clock. Our workspace is filled with different models of scales and testing equipment. It’s often a bit cluttered because we have parts coming in from all over. We don’t really follow a strict dress code; most of us just wear whatever is comfortable for moving boxes around. The traffic on the 2nd Main can be quite a headache, so we try to get our big shipments moved out before the evening rush. It’s a straightforward business. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just focus on the task at hand and try to make sure we don't make mistakes with the orders. It’s a good group of people here and we just get on with it. We don't have a lot of rules, just as long as the work gets done and the customers aren't left waiting for too long. It is just the way we do things here.
