Engineer

I am Vishakh S and I run my engineering business from my place in Venkateshara Layout. We are situated on Jigini Road, right near the Roopesh Hotel. It is a busy area because of all the factories nearby. This is in the Yarandahalli part of Anekal Taluk, under the Hennagara Post in Bangalore. The traffic around here can be quite something, but once you get inside the layout, it is much quieter. My office is just a simple room with a drawing board and my computer. I don't have a big sign outside or a fancy reception area. People usually find me because someone they know told them about my work. I spend a lot of time visiting sites around Jigini and Anekal, so I am not always at my desk. When I am here, I am usually trying to figure out some technical drawing or checking some specifications. It is a lot of hard work and sometimes my desk gets very messy with all the different files. I’ve been living in this part of Bangalore for a while now and I like the community. There are always people around to have a quick chat with at the tea shop. We don't use any marketing tricks or big promises. We just take the work as it comes and try to do a solid job. It is just a small local operation.
