At Embedsense Solutions Pvt Ltd, we are tucked away at No:28/1 in SBM Colony. It’s on the 2nd Main in Anand Nagar. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, which is good because we need to focus quite a bit on our tasks. We spend a lot of time looking at circuit boards and computer screens. It’s a lot of technical stuff that would probably bore most people if they watched us. We usually have coffee brewing first thing in the morning to get us going. Someone usually brings in snacks to share during the afternoon. Our workspace is filled with wires, boards, and different testing tools. Sometimes we get stuck on a problem for hours and it gets a bit frustrating, but we usually figure it out eventually. We aren't some massive corporation with hundreds of employees. We are just a few people who enjoy the technical side of things. We keep the office fairly casual. There's no real dress code here. You'll mostly find us in jeans and t-shirts. Being in Anand Nagar is nice because there are good places to grab lunch nearby. We try to leave around a normal time, but sometimes the work keeps us a bit later than we planned. It is just the nature of what we do. We like the challenge of making things work the way they are supposed to. Some days are faster than others, but we keep showing up and doing what needs to be done.
