Elgin Palace

Elgin Palace is located at number 6 on Shivaji Road, right in the heart of Shivaji Nagar. It is an old part of the city, and the building reflects that history quite clearly. We have been here for a long time, and the place has its own character, for better or worse. You might notice some cracks in the plaster or the way the floors aren't perfectly level, but that is just part of being in an older structure. The area is incredibly busy, with buses and autos constantly passing by on Shivaji Road. It can be quite loud, but we have learned to talk over the noise without thinking about it. We do not have a lot of modern amenities, but we have plenty of space to work with. People come and go throughout the day, and there is usually a bit of a bustle in the hallways. We do not use fancy marketing or try to pretend we are something we are not. It is just a place where business happens every day. The rooms are large with high ceilings, which helps keep things cool even when it is hot outside. We spend a lot of time just maintaining the place and making sure everything stays functional for the tenants. It is a bit of a landmark for those who live around here. You can't miss the entrance once you get onto the main stretch of the road.
