Fine Moulds & Components

Our workshop is on the ground floor at No. 68/69 in Beratena Agrahara. It is right on the Hosur Main Road, very close to the Electronic City Post. If you come by, you will definitely hear the machines before you see us. It gets quite noisy in here with the lathes and the other equipment running all day. There is usually a bit of oil on the concrete floor and the smell of cut metal is always in the air. We make different types of small components and moulds. It is dusty and hot, especially in the afternoons, but that is just the nature of this kind of work. We aren't a big factory, just a local shop with a handful of workers who know their way around the machinery. My hands are usually covered in grease by mid-morning and we don't really have a place for people to sit and wait. We just focus on the tasks we have for the day. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a specific component if a machine acts up or if the measurements need a bit more tweaking. It’s practical, hands-on work. We have been at this address for several years and the neighborhood has changed a lot with all the new buildings around Electronic City. We just keep doing what we do, making parts and keeping the machines maintained. It isn't a polished place, but it works for us.
