Our office is right on the first floor at 1875, South End 'C' Cross. It’s a busy corner, and you can always hear the traffic passing by through the windows. Ecube Corporate Solutions Pvt Ltd has been based here for a bit, and the walls are starting to show some scuffs from moving furniture around. We don’t have a receptionist or anything like that. If the bell rings, whoever is closest to the door just gets up and opens it. Usually, it’s just the mail or someone looking for the shop next door. We spend our days dealing with a lot of paperwork and spreadsheets. It’s the kind of stuff that keeps the wheels turning for other businesses, even if it isn't very exciting to talk about. The kitchen area is tiny, so we usually take turns making tea in a pot that has a chipped handle. We know the local tea stall guy by name, and he knows exactly how much sugar we like. The floorboards creak a little in the corner near the filing cabinets. We aren't a big corporate machine with thousands of employees. There’s just a handful of us trying to keep everything organized and making sure the files are where they should be. Sometimes we stay late because a project needs finishing, and we end up ordering food from the place down the street. It is just normal work, done by normal people who show up every day.
