We are based out of Reflex Layout, which is on the main road connecting Uttarahalli and Kengeri. The building is called Skanda, at number 30 on the 3rd Main. It’s a bit of a quieter spot compared to the city center, which we actually like. Most of our work involves trading granite, so there’s a lot of back and forth on the phone with suppliers and buyers. We don't keep all the heavy stone right here in the office, but we have plenty of samples scattered around on the tables and floors. You’ll usually find a few of us sitting around a computer or looking at photos of new batches of stone. The road outside can get busy during peak hours, but inside it’s mostly just us and the sound of the ceiling fan. We’ve been in this layout for some time now. It’s a practical location for us since it’s easy to get to different parts of South Bengalore from here. We aren't trying to be anything fancy. We just know our stone and we know the people we buy from. Sometimes we have tea with the neighbors or talk to the guys delivering the mail. It’s a very regular, local way of doing things. We keep track of the orders and make sure the logistics are moving along. It’s honest work, and we just take it one day at a time without much stress.
