Down here in Banaswadi at number 14, things are usually moving pretty fast. We aren't a big corporation or anything like that, just a group of people working on various projects and bits of equipment. The name sounds a bit more formal than the actual place looks. Inside, you'll see a lot of tools and parts scattered around on the workbenches. It isn't the cleanest office you'll ever visit, as there’s always something being taken apart or put back together. We spend most of our time staring at screens or fixing small components that decided to stop working. The coffee machine in the corner is probably the most used thing in the whole building. Sometimes the internet acts up and we end up just sitting around talking about how to solve a problem until the connection comes back. We don't have a fancy reception area or anyone to greet you at the door; you usually just have to find someone in the back. The neighborhood is quiet enough, which helps when we need to concentrate on the tricky stuff. We’ve been in this spot for a few years now and have sort of grown into the space, even if we are running out of room for all our gear. It’s just honest work, day in and day out, trying to make things function better than they did when they arrived. We keep the doors open and just get on with the daily tasks.
