You can find us in Frazer Town on MM Road at number 74. It is a lively area with a lot of old buildings and shops nearby. We have been operating here for a while and have become part of the daily routine on this street. The building is older and has its own set of problems, like a leaky tap or a door that squeaks. We handle the hospitality side of things, which mostly means we are always on our feet. The kitchen is small and gets very crowded during the evening rush. We have a few tables out front where people sit and watch the traffic go by. MM Road is always full of cars and bikes honking, so it’s never really quiet here. Our staff is local and we all know the shortcuts around the neighborhood. We don’t have a big corporate structure or fancy titles. We just show up and do the work that needs to be done. Sometimes we run out of ingredients and have to dash to the local market to restock. It’s a very hands-on way of running things. We don't spend money on advertising; we just hope people like what we do. It’s a busy life but we are used to the pace of Frazer Town.
