Dtp Computer Center

We’ve been here in Peenya 2nd Stage at 117/1 for a while now. It's a busy spot. Mostly we handle typing, printing, and all that DTP stuff people need for their paperwork. The machines keep us busy, especially when there's a rush. It’s just a small place, really. We spend most of the day looking at screens or fixing printer jams. People come in with all sorts of documents, sometimes just a single page or sometimes a whole stack. We try to get things done so they don't have to wait too long. The neighborhood has changed quite a bit over the years but we’re still right here. Sometimes the power goes out and we just have to sit and wait, which is frustrating, but that’s how it goes. We aren't fancy. There's usually a bit of dust because of the area, but the computers work fine. If you walk past 117/1, you’ll see our sign. It's not a big team, just a few of us making sure the letters and layouts look right. We don't do anything too complicated, just the usual computer work people ask for. Sometimes we help with emails or scanning things too. It's a lot of sitting and clicking, but it’s what we do. The chairs aren't the most comfortable but they do the job. We’ve got used to the noise from the street outside. It's just a regular part of our day-to-day life here now.
