We’ve been at this spot on St Marks Road for a while now. It’s right there on 80 Feet Road in Bank Colony. Mostly it's just us sorting through boxes and checking labels all day. People come in with stuff to send to their families or for work. We try to keep things moving. Sometimes the printer acts up or the tape runs out when there's a line, but we get through it. It’s a small office but we manage. You’ll see the DTDC sign if you’re driving past the bank. It gets a bit crowded in the afternoons when the trucks show up. We just focus on getting the cargo loaded and making sure the addresses are readable. No fancy office furniture here, just counters and stacks of envelopes. The traffic on 80 Feet Road can be a headache around five, so we usually see a rush then. We know most of the regulars who live around Bank Colony by now. It’s just work for us, keeping track of where everything is going and making sure people get their receipts. Sometimes a parcel is heavy and we have to help carry it in. We don’t do much else besides this. The floor gets a bit dusty from all the cardboard boxes, but that's how it is. We're here from morning until the last pickup happens in the evening. We keep a stash of extra tape and markers behind the counter because they always go missing.
